Our construction services cover all key elements of new build delivery

This includies groundworks interfaces, structural alterations, fire-rated and non-fire-rated partitions, internal wall systems, ceilings, floors, building fabric works and coordinated builders’ works packages.

We are experienced in managing multi-trade construction activities within constrained, live and technically complex environments, ensuring that sequencing, interfaces and quality control are robustly managed throughout the programme.

Our teams are experienced in working around ongoing operations, managing dust, noise, access and infection control requirements, while maintaining progress and quality standards.

Integrated within our construction delivery is our specialist capability in passive fire protection, including fire stopping, fire doors and the construction of fire-rated partitions.

This allows us to embed fire safety compliance directly into the construction process rather than treating it as an afterthought, ensuring life-safety measures are delivered correctly from the outset.
